Iv got a ROBIN KTS 1620 i downloaded the instructions from kewtech as they bought them out and now there just re branded same meter.
If you ve got 3 leads you use 3, If you ve got 2 use 2. The 3 rd will be live and you dont want it dangling about :)

Hi
use the 3 lead for ze,zs,pfc, psc, rcd and then use 2 lead for continuity,Insulation testing you should have 2 sets of leads the set with 3 wires should be fused and the set with 2 unfused when using the 3 leads they will all be live testing so please take care my friend as that invisable thing called electricity stings

cheers
Rich

Kewtech instruments used to make identical machine to the Robins, and there instructions were identical as well, so try a download from kewtech.
Try emailing Fluke, as they own Robin, or they used to.

Cheer...........Howard
