looks like a middle east set up so assume the wire acted as the fuse as none of the lights went out, it was probably telephone line or something similar, still a good catch if you were filming.
 
Just a lucky camara man who uploaded it, doubt he knew what the wire was and we had lighting strike within 10m of out house it had all the streets house and car alarms sounding away and it didn't touch anything electrical, the initial pressure wave is enough to any local alarm off and it was like a bomb had gone off..... im truely thankfull id already had a dump or it could have got messy.... :oops:
