I have two FCU's in the same room. Can these two FCU's (3 phase) be fed from same cable from the panel located in the another room? Is it acceptable as per codes? or do I need to run separate cables?

I believe Saudi Arabia uses BS7671.
As long as the Current Carrying Capacity of the cable is equal or greater than the load from the 2 FCUs, what you propose is fine.
The link between the 2 FCUs can even be sized according to the load on the 2nd FCU (if you want).

What exactly do you mean FCU 3phase?

I mean the three core (Multicore) Power cable running from the panel to the FCU 1 and then from Junction box / Switch Isolator, another cable will be connected to FCU2
In the UK when people speak of an FCU it usually means a single phase switch plate usually used to connect single phase appliances, this is where the confusion has arisen.
