We had a good system and Thatcher wiped it out because the market will dictate well here we are 35 years later and training companies and that includes the Scheme providers have brought us to our knees reviews sound good but nothing happens reference Part P and PAT reviews. Just like Part P they know its a mess the know it does not work yet they are so professional enough to keeps supporting it a bit like the Emporers new cloths
