I would also use an EICR form but caveat the supply system, i.e. ensure it is suitable for any supply that could be connected.

Well, I got confirmation that the Transportable Building Periodic Inspection Report is no more. It has been superseded by an EICR.
I filled it out today and used the big one as it gives more options. It runs to ten pages and only about 10% is relevant! This is for two circuits with 2 sockets on one circuit and 3 sockets on the other! It took longer to fill out the form than do the job!

and more ticking than a multiple choice exam.
