Hi guys and gals,

Hope your all well.

A good friend of mine has asked me to change her c/unit for the current 17th type.

Her house as I remember is a TT earthing system.

Would you recommend a 300ma RCD main switch and 30ma for circuits ??

Its only a small 1 bed house, with I think 1 x circuit house ring, 1 x circuit kitchen ring, 1x lighting circuit, 1x boiler circuit ( I think boiler on its own, but will double check ).

The board will probably be a Hager insulated one ( plastic ).

Any input or advise will be great, as I know that TT systems are slightly different to the normal TN-S and TNC-S that I am used to.

Thanks again and reply back today !!!:D:D ( or after the Germany - Spain game if prefered ):D:D

If its only 4 circuits just get a 5 way board and a few RCBO's. Or a split load dual 30mA board but that may depend on how much space you have. Either way there is no reason to fit a 300mA RCD.
