tysoft any one stooped getting the care package

can anyone tel me why if i have stooped getting the care package that i can no longer PDF my certs to my PC. if I have bought the software and no longer using a mobile app. the software should be fully operational

My care package is expired & I can still save pdf's to my pc

You can no loger pdf niceic reports on the latest software but you can pdf bs 7671 certs , just try saving a cert as bs7671 and see if you can pdf it , the cert does look different though .
