hi all got a block of flats to test ,am using easycert .90% of the information on the certs will be the same except for results etc is there a way of reusing the same cert but getting a different number for it every time?so i just want to change the flat door number etc each time but need a individual cert number to register with.

One of the most useful features of easycert is the ability to create a template to save time. Create one with all the recurring details then adjust with each flat. You can also copy and paste DB details if the flats are all the same format.

I use them for everyday use too. For example my "EICR domestic TN system No PV" template covers most situations for inspections. I have all the inspection items ready ticked so only the items that need observations need adjusting. I find that saves the most time.
