Can't see the problem....we all know the working age is increasing,we all all know what needs doing ?
I know a roofer,who was still bedding ridge tiles,and similar,at 83 ?

If you are fit and able,why not, especially if you enjoy the work? Different kettle of fish if you are having to work at that age out of necessity.
