I've recently just installed a floorwarmers UFH system. Consists of two cables and two IB-TR8100 thermostats (touch screen types).
Installed as instructions detailed.
But now when powered up the floor temp just reads error which indicates (from instructions). The is the same with both units.
Did a resistance check (should be 12-16kohms) but get nothing (open circuit). I'm 100% positive the sesors have not been damaged by me.

What is the likely hood of me being sent 2 faulty floor sensors?

Anyone else had problems with these units?

Any help advice would be greatly received :)

No as the instructions had no mention of testing it.
Just think they have a broken wire will try and fix them.
