Can someone let me know the wiring procedure when underflooring heating is being installed by flow and return piping, and seperate room stats are required for rooms.so six rooms and each room having its own stat which are wired and not wireless.

If it's a y-plan and there not piped individually with actuators for the stats to open them, the only way is all stats in parallel and if any one of them calls it will bring the whole heating side of system on, bit rubbish if this is the case.

You need to know what equipment he is installing in terms of manufacturer.

Underfloor heating for 6 zones will need a central controller that communicates with the room stats/controllers and controls the manifold valves. Depending on the manufacturer you could need:
simple T & E
4/5 core cable
or even ethernet type cable.

Depending on which type of Programmable stats your using, but for example if it was a heatmiser 12v system I would have a cat5 from each stat back to my wiring centre, then were ever your zone valves are, have at least 3 cores back to your wiring centre there. The wiring centre (UH1) would be near the manifold I hope, therefore your pump, pipe stat and zone actuators can all be surface...
