ah yes i saw something about this, how do i gain access.
example is (as indeed you are correct that would help) is unit 311 criteria
1.3a work within the requirements of risk assessments?
Just a little unsure as to how or what I should be writing, thanks for your help

ah yes i read this, still didn't really answer what i was looking for.
Understand the question just unsure where to start or how to write it!

So as part of your work you will have been shown risk assessments for the tasks you are doing.
What you now need to do is write down the key parts of the risk assessment information for a task you have done, such as control measures, and state how you took note of these and what actions you took to demonstrate that you were working in accordance with the requirements of the risk assessment so that you were working safely without risk to yourself or others.

Which is a little bit more than just Risk Assessment, there is also Method Statement shortened to RAMS. RA is often confused with MS! So you identify the possible risks, then devise and write down your method of work to avoid or ameliorate those risks. This includes WAHR, Safe Isolation methods, Inspection of tools/equipment, danger to the public and staff/visitors, heavy equipment and lifting and a few more.
