Discuss Using AC isolator for low DC voltage? in the Solar PV Forum | Solar Panels Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Arcing can occur at any voltage, load characteristics have a part in severity of arcing.... AC rated switchgear has a vastly reduced tolerance to DC currents if its not designed for them.. as above seek manufacturers advice.
