Had this thread going since 2012. Some terrible and sometimes dangerous (heavy tiles falling off from a height whilst in the bath could maim your pidge!! or worse!) tiling done by DIY mostly, but also some plasterers and plumbers trying to give it a go in some scenarios. Worth saying not all are terrible. We have some really good tiling done by plumbers who come and ask for and even provide advice the odd time on TF.
