Ashley (formerly Ashley and Rock) brand is now a sub-division of Hager. As far as I am aware, a 40A rated junction box has never been made available from the company in any of it's guises.
TLC do nice 60A rated junction box.

,but what i was looking for was, a miniture circut breaker (MCB), i was hoping someone might of took out a old Ashely and Rock board and still had the MCBs. thanks again for trying to help.

You could try the fuse company, they recommend the GE type E ones as replacements if it is a supasafe one.
