If the bathroom lighting circuit is not protected by an rcd/rcbo,and the supplementary bonding is not evident,what code would be adviseable on the EICR.Your thoughts please?
 
C2 , and you can take that to the bank.

It's either there or it's not don't get what you mean by not evident. You need to get the meter out and prove if its bonded or not. If not bonded then code 2 as above.
 
always assuming that the bathroom pipework is actually extraneous.
 
Well, you've outlined a large number of houses in the UK to an unsatisfactory then.

If its an central high level fitting, enclosed type - then a C3 for me.
