What course should I do next

So I am nearly finished with Level 2. Now I have signed up to do my Level 3. Now shall I do Inspection and Testing, or my 18th, or do you think I should do my Level 3 and then do the others. I’m just thinking of whether getting the other qualifications will get me a better chance of employment.

Finish the level 3 and then go for the 18th as employers will want that from Jan. It also will help having that knowledge for T&I. Will be well worth getting 2391 too though, sets you apart from those who don't have it.

Totally agree with TJ. Get your Level 3 as it will give you good foundations for the 2391-51. Get your 18th then the 2391.

Youll need NVQ3/AM2 aswell

I think AM2 has to be done to finish NVQ3

None that’s why I was thinking I could possibly do it in between waiting to start my Level 3.

The only one we have been told to see about is the NVQ as you need to find a company, that is willing to accommodate the portfolio of work.

Would you recommend I do one of the shorter courses - PAT Testing or the Fire Alarms? As the feedback I’m getting even from agencies is that I need my Level 3. But that will take another year to achieve.
