What do I need to join Elecsa?

Hi all,
Just wondering what the requirements are for joining elecsa. I have 2330 and 17th edition and almost a year on site experience. Do i need to finish my NVQ3 before I can join? Also what can I do if I`ve lost my evidence pics for some of my NVQ? (PC world said my hard drive was corrupted and there was nothing they could do) But that`s off point, anyway, any advice about joining elecsa would be greatfully appreciated.

looks like ill be loosing my job at the end of the month so i might be registering too, ive been on their website and all they seem to care about is 17th edition, would be good if anyone could confirm this though?

17th, copies of BS7671, OSG, GN3, PL insurance, deep pockets. best thing is to phone elecsa for info. they won't bite, they want your £444.

Electrician's guide to the building regs will be useful (they will ask questions based on this).

Also test gear with calibration cert or recent invoice.

Been with ELECSA for two years now, very happy with them I rate them better than others. Good technical support when required. I hear they will also soon be offering Ipad app for testing similar to the NICIEC version. Best wishes for the future
