Discuss what do you want when your hiring? in the Australia area at ElectriciansForums.net

I am looking to get into the industry this coming year and have been checking out training colleges in my area but the courses are very expensive (C+G 2330 level 2 and level 3 £5000-£6500).What i dont want to do is fork out on a college course to then find out that the employers want 'experience only' and that the apprentice route would have been better.
All opinions welcome pls.

In today's market there is so many choices availalbe for employers that unless your a stand out candidate your CV will rarely get a second glance.

As Sparky1502 says though not the only method IMO apprenticeship is a better option.
