Hi all, I have my first EV charge point to install next week (not under OZEV grant), I was hoping to use a Zappi but looks like there is at least a 12week lead time so that's out of the question.

The charge point is fitted on the garage wall with class 1 light fittings so I'm looking for a charger with built-in PEN fault protection. My wholesalers has given me a Project Ev earth pro charger but the reviews are so/so. WiFI app isn't too important, as the car can set charge times.
Cost isn't really important I just want something that will work and not generate call backs. Anyone have any experience with these? Or recommend a particular reliable charger.

Hypervolt would be my go to at present, can not get zappis for love or money,
Has built in pen fault protection, bi-directional single ct for grid import/solar export
uses wifi rather than 4g, only comes in tethered options but is excellent. its what I am fitting for my own charger when the Kona EV arrives. excellent schedule charge set up.
My view is avoid Project EV...... have seen a few failures -
If cost is truly unimportant then you cant go wrong with an Andersen A2 but it is £995! looks brilliant though
