Can you distinguish the earthing system from this. It's an external service head splitting a supply to various installations
Would the cable dropping down to the outside armour of the incoming be an earth. It looks like TNS
That is my thinking, yes with the caveat that @radiohead has raised.cable to the outside armour

That is somewhat bigger than 16mm nor can you make assumptions. It is a metalclad wallbox used to feed mural wiring services. It is PME as can be seen by the 16mm earth wire from lead sheath to neutral conductor although it should have a PME label fixed.

Need to have a look at the load ends. That's a very big 16mm!
You cannot say for certain from that picture that it has been converted to TNCS, it is likely, but not guaranteed.
Unless it has multiple layers of insulation I would guess at 35mm minimum, compare it to the mortar between the brickwork. After over 40 years in power distribution with a DNO ,I know what a wall box is and what 16mm is.
Well go on then if you really know please tell all. After over 40 years in power distribution with a DNO ,I know what a wall box is and what 16mm is.
but mortar could be anything from 1/8" to 1/2".Unless it has multiple layers of insulation I would guess at 35mm minimum, compare it to the mortar between the brickwork.
