what the showed on the megger tester vol o-l, doing a EICR on a flat and doing continuity testing every thing isolated and then head in a spin no instructions to hand trying to finish off ,and i rang up megger i chap said its phantom voltage , me is there someone holding some live cable next to the cable I'm testing .
