looks like a link with a bit broken off, maybe out of something like a din rail terminal block.
 
Similar to Phone IDC connections, push the cable in from the top, or as in picture from the left.?

Was it in the motor?
It's unlikely it was used in the motor, apart from maybe the Thermistor, more likely fallen it from elsewhere.
 
Hi everyone, maybe somebody knows how exactly you call this terminal plate? I took from water pump motor connector Thank you

Top left on your first pic you can see where it belongs, the winding wire is no longer connected. The part clearly comes from there.

Sadly a lesser wanted continuation of the phrase
" You've pulled " ... too hard and are holding a wire with
a terminal attached .... and a thin brown wire dangles somewhere ... snapped off .. near invisible !
