We have installed a new supply to a 3 phase heater in a commercial property . This consisted of a new 10mm armoured cable running from a existing board to a new isolator on the wall. My question is do we have to fill out a full blown electrical cert or can we use a minor circuit as it was only 1 cable installed . We cannot find the old certificate so there is nothing to go on . We use easycert for our certs so which one would i need to use ?

ok but if the board is 24way i would only issue for the 3 ways that i used ? ie 22,23,24 on the test sheet i would leave the others bare ?
