whats needed for a rewire?

Im being asked by a family member to rewire her house ..
quals-
17th edition. 2365 lvl2 +3 . 2357 bridging units. converted to final year of an nvq lvl 3 apprenticeship. so just portfolio and am2 left

my question is to be able to rewire a house what do you need is it-
nvq lvl 3 .2394/5 testing and with a competency governing body?

Don't need any qualifications to require a house.
You just need to notify Building Control before hand.

What you ideally require is good knowledge of the regulations and practical experience of working with a competent electrician doing the type of work you wish to carry out.

noy necessarily, but they inspect the work and if it's below standard, you have to rectify it.
