I would hope that WHSmith don't sell pads of EICs!
If your local wholesaler haven't got any in stock they should be able to order them for you.
 
the NIC (bless them) will sell pads (green colour and unbranded) to anyone and they are easier to use than the kewtec ones if only because you done need multiple books.
