Did a job last week, DNO added new 80A fuse and isolator, so I’ve tailed into new IP rated box that has 80A 60898 MCB that feeds another distribution unit, what certificate would you of done?

Sorry not a lot of info, 16mm tails and earth from isolator from DNO meter box to another little IP rated outside box which has 80A dp MCB which then SWA feeds another Distribution box for sub circuits
SWA wasn’t long enough and no joints kits so made IP rated box with switch and some tails and I’ve done EIC was checking

I’d have added a BS88 fuse /switch fuse isolator rather than a circuit breaker for better selectively of downstream circuits
