Depends what you need to know or what you are trying to do, (e.g. a repair/problem or add an extension, domestic or commercial PBX )
Explain a bit more and I'm sure someone can help.
 
I am altering a bedroom to an office, and bring in a phone point, however,I am used to the usuall Blu/white =2 White Blu= 5 and Orange /white to=3, this has a lot more wires I will take a pic and post it up tomorrow with more info
