Do you expect FiT payments?

If so the only sensible options are the Gaia 11kW or the Bergey 10kW. But you need a suitable site to match. Below this size wind is frankly not worth the hassle unless you need/wish to be off-grid.
 
About the right price for the Kingspan 6kW fully installed. But it would be more cost effective to go for a single Gaia 11kW if he has 3 phase already on-site and can get planning permission for it.
