Wind uplift

Ok chaps how do u approach the wind uplift calcs? ive not produced any yet!!!! but no i need to start!!is there any software that can sort it!! i no senior members have the brain to sort it via BRE but just want honest opionons on what u lot do!i cant be the only one trusting in 25yrs of knowing when a fixing is a good one! but yes i no that wont help if it lifts complete roof off due to shoddy building work when house was built! so u need paperwork to proove your bit was (as it should be) ALL info greatfully recieved whatever it is!!:army:

Yes we produce them and we do them on our own spreedsheet. With excel it is quite easy. Had my annual inspection today and it was OK for that. With the BRE the tell you the equation and if you follow the example it is very straight forward to produce. Its knowing what to do about the end figure that's the question.
