Wireless alarms?

Any good recommendations for wireless alarms? Buying a house with no alarm in and don't want the mess of running in cables at the minute any ideas?

gardtec 595 from risco.co.uk. approx. £209+vat for full kit including 6 wireless detectors ( contacts or pir's as you want ) . everything inc. except cable. ( outside sounder and keypad are hard wired )

The Yale wireless alarms are absolute rubbish. Easy to disable, loses time on it's internal clock, sometimes I come home and it's disarmed itself!

Try Visonic. They are supposed to be an excellent alarm system.

I agree with SAV visonic. ive put a few of them in now and not one complaint also the fey fobs are a nice touch!

Scantronic have one called the ION. Very reliable although a little bit more expensive. I have never had any issues with one yet.

As said before Visonic also have a good RF system.

Fitted a few scantronic iON 16, maybe cost just a little more than the cheaper wireless alarms but well worth it for a professional system
