Cant even get out of my drive at the moment and even if I did got a steep hill to go down and no chance of getting back up as its an ice rink covered with a couple of inchs of snow. Not even the postman is calling they have been told to stick to major roads. Why did I move to Wales:confused:

Chris

Been out in it all day doing a barn conversion. No windows or door in yet and to make it worse it appeared to be on the windiest moor around. At lunch drove 21 miles to the nearest screwfix and bought a snickers top, snickers winter jacket and some dewalt gloves (and I hate buying clothes)

100m SWA through the bushes in someones garden like a frozen David Bellamy. 2 x shirts, 2 x jumpers, jacket, hat, gloves etc. Can't bend my arms & still cold. Taking my time driving on white-out frozen roads today & some idiot overtook me!! Been across the A3 as well plenty of parked cars.

And a smoke in the other hand, plus a coffee on me knee.:eek:

Yep. Couldn't get the tranny out, nicked the caddy off my lad.

Caddy is a sweet van i think. Its what im driving around in at the moment. What the best new TRansit size vans at the moment? Im looking to get a bigger van, SWB preferably.

After not getting in yesterday decided I had to get to the job today....7am this morning fired up the van and set off,got about 5 metres and she would go no further:eek:.....It then took another half an hour to get the van off the road back onto the drive:mad:
Spent the next 3hrs with the neighbours digging out the road only for it to start peeing down with white stuff again:(......stayed in and watched telly rest of the day:D
