Would an RCD have saved these poor mites or were they 3 blind mice?

This was a CU I had to check over today.

didnt you know they are MCB coats made from genuine fur ............ well how it happened was when the first one got the shock its tail shot out and hit the one behind then his tail shot out and hit the one behind him and so on , think they would have been dead way before an RCD would trip

I got a mate whos a sparky. Hes from south africa. He said over there, instead of a 10amp fuse, they use a widgety grub, a 30amp they use a dung beetle.....

This is an interesting question and probably a very common situation:

House Mouse Resistance = 1000 ohms

230/1000
= 0.23A

30mA RCD would activate - within 40ms
100mA RCD would activate - will activate within 300ms

what I cant find is how many Amps will kill a mouse - any ideas?????
