As @davesparks says, you have to confirm it really is two separate rings. Before the discussions on the wisdom (or otherwise) of that configuration is resumed it is worth noting that question has been discussed in a lot of detail recently:

More importantly if you do put them on separate MCB is to make sure they are separate - a 'figure of eight' on two parallel MCB is very dangerous as you have 2.5mm cable on what is essentially a 64A circuit!

took one set of legs out of the breaker and the downstairs sockets didn’t work

Really, check the rings are complete, loop resistances are OK (L-L matching N-N, E-E in ratio), and properly labelled. Finally once all fitted, and both MCB open, double check the lives are still isolated.

checked continuity on ring L to L N to N cpc to cpc had a full ring on both legs so put them into separate b 32 mcb mm consumer unit was dual split rcd job was complete how ever i had crossed neutural which tripped was a nightmare jobs completed and sorted now
