I currently have a y plan heating system with a honeywell st699 time set, it got knocked and has stopped working. I have been given a drayton lifestyle lp111si off a friend, is it compatable with y plan mid position valve heating system? I just got the programmer with no instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

lp 111si is more for Combi boiler & is a single channel programmer, lp 522si would be the baby you require two channel (hot water-central heating).:26: cheers.

"Hello Peter",

I would agree with boldsparks - The Honeywell ST 9400C Programmer is a really good Programmer.

I am a Heating Engineer and that is what I have fitted for My own Home`s Heating System.

It has the Facility to Program either 2 On / Off Settings per Day for Heating and Hot Water or 3 On / Off Settings - this is Selected and Set when fitting but can be changed at any time afterwards.

There is also a `Holiday` Programming Feature which allows You to Program the operation of the Heating System to be Off for a period of Days while You are away from Home but then Come On to suit You coming Home - Very Useful for periods away from Home.

The Programmer has also Automatic GMT / BST Time Changes.

I hope that this Information will be useful to You and perhaps others reading it.

Regards,

Chris
