How many times have you said, or heard another electrician say this?
I bet the subject of converstaion was based around one of the following:
Cowboy "electricians"
Part P
Non electricians bodging thier own work
Shoddy, dangerous work
Wholesalers selling to non professional electricians
Your trade approval body, charges, poor support
Electricians not being respected like they used to be
Lower standards of training
The conversation finishes with:
"if we had a licensing scheme like Australia and New Zealand, it wouldn't happen"
Followed by the phrase.......Yeh...but it'll never happen!!
It's like a echo that never fades.
