had a call from a customer ,could you have a look at a job that needs doing .
yes ,customer could you came to day ,sorry I am at a customers property .
can call tomorrow about 9ish am ,customer my husband will be in ,ok .
now I forgot a appointment at the doctor a 9.30 am.
gets their at 10.15 am ,door opens ,wifey stand on the door step like fish wife .
your late for the appointment .
sorry I had a appointment been at the docs that why I'm late ,any way better to be late then never .
any way what's the job .double oven going in ,new circuit .alterations to d/socket ,customer is going to supply me with under cabinet lighting .
and can you do the job in may has the joiner will be working.
so let me think about it.

Buzz, don't want to state the obvious......but you did say 9...fair enough??

People will accept a lot if they are kept up date, if you had rang before going Doc's apologising that you were still coming but would be a bit late, I bet she would have been cool with that....
