has anyone subscribed to Your Tradebase for quotes, invoicing etc? It looks great and I’m on the free trial but it’s £25 a month if you subscribe.

Would be keen to know your thoughts if you’ve used it for your sparky business or if there are less expensive ones out there or alternatives.

Thanks

I can do all that via Quick books for £18 per month, does my accounting, vat, Corporation tax and PAYE for myself. I can create quotes, invoice and receive payments if needed. Keeps track of any stock, outstanding payments and money owed to suppliers. It logs into bank account to update records each night and I can refresh at press of a button.

Does it let you input and save materials also? This is one thing I like about Your Tradebase - it allows you to do this and set margins against materials.

If you want to you can list items per line... also include stock in your books...
Theres a 30day free trial. Set up a gmail account and sign up with made up info to have a play. If you like it sign up with real details and get the promitional offers

Just started using Powered Now and very impressed so far, you can create quotes/estimates and set it up so the customer has to sign the quote to except via their phone or tablet.
