    Grounding

To start with the power companies don’t supply the equipment ground, that’s where the ground rods come into play. # 6 wire is required for the ground so it needs to attach to the neutral bar and also runs to the first ground rod and then to the second ground rod which have to be a minimum of 6...

To be reactivated or not to be reactivated?

If I were you I would call an electrician, your home has no equipment grounds and I would highly suggest that if you decide that you want to make a receptacle the it’s required to be GFCI and install a label on it stating that it has no equipment ground. My advice is to put the wires back in the...

    Liquidtight non-metallic flexible conduit.

You need to drive 2 ground rods at least 6 feet apart and bond your panel. Good luck

Purchased a new Lutron dimmer switch, but am running into problems. Thanks for any help.

The only way you can fix this is cut all power off. You didn’t put back the live wire to the other 2 switches.

Feeder Wire - Wire Insulation is slightly under lug. Is this an issue?

Where it’s actually torqued is the main means of contact between the wire and the lug. That’s what’s important. Have a great day

Feeder Wire - Wire Insulation is slightly under lug. Is this an issue?

I honestly don’t think that the very little bit that the picture shows doesn’t appear to be under the actual lug. If the lugs are torqued to specifications for the panel then you shouldn’t have any problems. Rest easy and Welcome to the forum.

What would explain this strange measurement in the kitchen?

The best way I can say is that the dishwasher and garbage disposal both require their own separate circuit.

    Wiring inside house wall

I have to agree with littlespark stating that the wires should be absolutely cut loose at the fuse or breaker to make it safe. The heaters should have its own circuit. Good luck with your project and welcome to the forum.

Guidance / Counsel to Replace Whole-House Dayton Attic Fan Control Switch

The only other place that would have that is an HVAC supply store that sells parts. The V stands for ventilation and the switch that you are holding in your hand is fairly easy to install. The black is your live, the white of course is your natural and the red is the actual load or in your case...

THWN vs UF-B in my unusual conduit installation

No it’s not a good idea and why don’t you just add a sub panel in your pool shed using UF cable. THWN wire is required to be installed by listed conduit from start to finish.

    crawlspace cable

You can legally have two 20 amp receptacles on a 20 amp single pole breaker using # 12/2 MC cable. Since the receptacles will be under a sink then they will need to be GFCI protected.
