Good Morning need some advice please.
Yesterday went to change a light fitting in hallway. There are two ceiling lights in the hall controlled by 2 switches at opposite ends of the hall.
On removing one light there was the remains of a ceiling rose under the fitting. I noted the position of the wires and disconnected the remainder of the rose. have connected the wires back together in what i thought was the correct order, but something is wrong. On turning the power back on the fitting came on. the switches will not turn it off.
There are 2 Yellow wires looped together, two red looped together, and two blue looped together, and a brown taken off the red to the fitting and a blue to the fitting from the blues.

Can anyone help please, have attached a picturehallwiring.jpg

Do you have a picture of the connections when you first took the old fitting down

Can you show the wiring in the other light?

Presuming that is original connect the brown to the yellows.
