Electrician saw white on breakers (see pic) and says I must replace whole panel with a larger one because it’s overloaded and dangerous. Does this sound right?6906D9C8-01EB-4E06-92FE-E524389CF871.jpeg

It looks like it has passed its useful lifespan.
