Hi gents and ladies,

I’ve just bought a Kewtech KT63, the instructions aren’t very clear on lead setup. When doing a Ze is this a 3 lead test on no trip setting, using the green blue and brown test leads? When doing PEFC and PSCC is this a 2 lead test on high setting. So the blue/green leads connected together on the earth or neutral bar and the brown lead on line?

Thanks

I have a KT63 though don't use it much now.

No. High current 2 lead test (green and blue joined together) between Line and disconnected main earth, with the installation isolated.

So the blue/green leads connected together
Yes.
So the blue/green leads connected together on the earth or neutral bar and the brown lead on line?
Yes regarding connecting leads together. I usually do PSCC at the top of the incomer.

The low current loop tests are 3 wire tests. As above, they very tremendously in accuracy.
This video shows a handy workaround that is well worth knowing.
