Morning all,

Quick question to see if anyone had/tried to do an led upgrade on an older Lutron graphic eye system?

Had there been any problems with compatibility?

Where capacitors needed etc?

Very topic question for me, I just completed a renovation which involved relocating a GRX-3106 and using LED loads. The answer to your question is 'yes' I am experiencing problems but I am 99.9% certain it is due to not being picky enough about the bulbs (in my case GU10) I used, which are LAP GU10 from Screwfix. I am experiencing rushing (flash full on, off then stabilises) and low end flickering on some circuits.

If you take a look here - LED Product Selection Tool - http://www.lutron.com/en-US/Service-Support/Pages/Technical/Design-SelectionTools/LEDDimmerMatrix.aspx

...you can filter on GrafikEye (under Lutron Control) and it will bring up a list of compatible LED fittings and bulbs. I just ordered some Fusion EDLED 5w GU10s from CEF....arriving tomorrow.

Hope this helps?
