Out of interest does anyone have and views on who the best provider is of self certification schemes to comply with part p, niceic etc......?

Something that's been covered a fair bit then. I will have a look through past threads. Trying to rack up my first 6 posts..........

I only ask as I have always used the nic, but have never spoken to anyone that has used the alternatives. I assume for recognised commercial accreditation the Nic is the only real way to go?.

Of course it is,however domestic is a choice between a number of them and all cash cows with no benefit to the spark
 
elecsa have been recomended numerouse times here as the easiest to start up with and pass. nic is more known on the street and could get you more work in the future.
i recomend what i am planning is joining elecsa then seing in the future if i want to join nic.
