    If it were me id ask how many lumems they require on the playing surface, map out the poles on a diagram with size of playing surface and pole heights then take this information to a lighting specialist and they will do these calculations for you and give you a spec.

    this is when diversity calcs are pointless. If the whole oven and hob is on then you need to accomadate for that because it is possible, most of the time they wont and all ovens and rings have stats so they are not going to be, but this diversity calc is as much of a joke as the maximum demand...

    Ive started fitting these now, i dont love the 13amp fuse behind the appliance but rarely blow unless there is an issue and only 2 screws to access. Could mount in cupboard adjacent but no good if its drawers

    Yes as far as i see it your not making the circuit any worse, if zs values are correct then i struggle to justify not altering the ring final, especially as the consumer unit is otherside of property and floor is byson beams 🙈

    Can i add additional sockets off a cirvuit that uses 1mm cpc within a 2.5t&e cable please? Or can i use it to feed a switch spur then 2 x sockets?
