House Lights - Random Blinks.
I had a similar problem recently stuck my meter across the supply and it was around 170Volts I contacted the supply company, first bloke said now wrong, didnt do much testing and buzzed off problem kept happening got them back showed a picture of the meter readings turned out to be the cut out...- Jurassic Sparks

Is it ok for competent person to replace CU then get third party to test/certify

we used to use a section of twin and earth as a clip and nail it in, either that or those old thin metal P clips, whack a nail in then fold its over the cable and through the buckle young people today, they dont know they're born!!- Jurassic Sparks
