    Fitting an induction hob

I guess you mean 6mm cable? A 16 amp mcb is not really enough even with diversity, then again it depends on the usage a single person who uses 1 or 2 pans started at different times may be OK, a busy family on Xmas day may trip the mcb.

“What happens if just one compliance certificate slips through?”

Not really sure what the question is? I use a spreadsheet that jobs get added too then I strike though them when the EIC or eicr gets sent, this is also printed out for a van copy

    Fitting an induction hob

I was thinking if ratings allow for hob to be wired to 32 amp on a 6mm cable, and the oven to the fused spur or change for single socket and plug it in.

    Fitting an induction hob

How much power does the oven and hob take seperatly? Sometimes you can run the oven on a 13 amp supply and the hob on the 32 amp

Does this immersion require an RCD?

I have never seen a dc immersion,(RCD) Residual Current Device is always a good idea with anything that mixes water and electricity, I have seen loads that develop pinholes or leak eventually

    novice wiring light switches

Wiring using Ai is a terrible idea,ai does not understand country differences and often mixes them and states things as fact. Get someone professional in for a few hours.

UK Is 0.00 an acceptable R1+R2

I alway comment on my audits about 0.00 ohm to gas and water bonds. It's not a superconductor. I guess your running 50mm cable for line and earth?

    Overcurrent protection (ii)

The type of circuit breaker is not applicable to a small overload,it just determines the amount of current required to trip Instantaneously. The best way as stated is to design the circuit correctly
