    On data cables I'd only use clips where there was no alternative and then use "overlarge" staple / clips (so as not to crush the twisted pair). Data cables tested with a cable analyser (such as the Fluke DSX Series) for certification, may fail after being clipped too tightly.

    Are you installing the POE injectors at the camera location? Can't you install them at the system end? or use a POE Switch, if the CCTV systems doesn't have POE outputs on the internal network switch. (or have I miss understood what you're trying to achieve?)
