Biff decided to ask Marvo to close his account, he is a very good friend of mine and others here and so I am posting this up to stop the potential slandering of a great fella. He did it in private and not on the open forum due to his respect of the team here, He went for reasons which are his own and he did so quietly without a grand departure, he will be missed and rightly so, I have no idea what mecca bingo has to do with Biff and I know he isn't old, he also isn't one for farting about hence a quick exit his way and without causing any issues for any of the Mods or Admins. Why he went is private, if he wanted everyone to know he would have posted it up before asking Marvo to close his account, lets not start guessing and posting maybes.

As long as he's in good health then let him choose whichever path is best for him, his direct approach was sometimes not to everyones liking but he has also done a lot for the forum over the years and helped many hence he's a name we all know... so if he ever sneaks back on and gets a peak I personally wish him all the best!

Agree with you totally.......but like a Mecca bingo site, members will have started already to make up the whispers and their own conclusions, because this is the way were going.

Unfortunately there's no much I can do if people ask me to close their forum account. I'll offer some less drastic options such as a voluntary ban for a month or even a name change if I think it might help but if they come back and say their decision is final then my hands are tied.

On a personal note I liked Biff, once you got past that soft squishy outer shell there was a guy inside that had knowledge and substance and a decent sense of humour . I don't know exactly why he left I just hope it wasn't for something I did or said.

Since I got here 4 ish years ago a lot of people have come and gone. I could make a pretty long list of people I wish were still contributing.

I just come and go when i please, disappear for months then reappear for a few days ... which im sure most people are glad of, as i don't really do much but take the p*ss. I don't get why people want their accounts banning, just vanish for a few months it does the trick.

Thats my opinon though, people are different.

Since I got here everybody has left, with the possible exception of Des, but even he hasn't been on for a while.

A lot of people have left in as dramatic and diva-ish style as they could, assuming that without their trolling the forum will just wither and die, but it never does and they're soon forgotten.
