I just wondered what people’s thoughts were as to weather it should be earthed being an extraneous conductive part? It’s fixed to the concrete floor and if there was a break down in insulation there could be a potential difference. If you do bond it could it be introducing a risk?

What's in the conduit, how did you know it's not earthed??
